The setting here is charming, with the hotel located close to Bomun Lake Resort and offering a lovely view of the resort's gardens from the main dining area.

Tbh, had a comfortable stay for each visit. The hotel was clean, the rooms were big size. The location was exceptionally nice and picturesque, to the restaurants to the Concierge, it's a plus.

We had a fantastic time at Hilton in Gyeongju! Our family stayed for three nights and we absolutely loved it. The hotel offers top-notch Asian service combined with Hilton quality. It's a great choice for families, with plenty of restaurant options to choose from. The location is perfect, close to all the popular tourist attractions, and the view of the lake from our recently updated room was simply breathtaking. The staff was friendly and always wearing a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. And oh, the breakfast! They had a delicious spread of both western and Korean dishes. This is definitely the best hotel in the area.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The service was great! I truly enjoyed the room with a view. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast offered was large with both occidental and continental options. The staff were smart and an absolute pleasure. The location was good, within walking distance of the amusement park and the historic area.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel outside the city with stunning views of a beautiful lake and an amusement park. The room was modern and up to date, comparable to the rooms in top-notch hotels like Park Hyatt's, Shangri-Las, and Fairmont Hotels. The staff were outstanding, providing quick check-in and check-out. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of Western and Korean food choices. The hotel also had facilities like a spa and massage services, perfect for relaxation. it was a truly 5-star experience.
I did notice that some of the amenities, like the sauna and swimming pool, required additional payment to use.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing break in beautiful surroundings. The hotel was maintained to a very high standard with smart and efficient staff. Japanese restaurant "Genji" was very good. Large portions, however. Very comfortable beds, good sized room for family with 2 young kids.
Not much included in the price. Breakfast, use of gym/ pool, corkage, extra beds all available but at extra cost. Children not permitted to use the hot baths or sauna. Barber shop was not available. Poor selection of TV channels, e.g. international movies or kids programmes. Dinner service in main restaurant was a little slow. Coffee was a bit weak. Live music in the lobby was very loud but couldn't be heard in the room. Limited outdoor facilities or play areas for children. Shop in the lobby looks like a charity shop. Could be more interesting with souvenirs/ artwork, etc.

The lakeside location offers beautiful views of the lake and Sakura. The spacious rooms provide a sense of freedom. The friendly staff is always ready to assist. A convenient bus stop allows for easy city tours. The three on-site restaurants serve delicious cuisine with efficient service.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed two complimentary drinks at the bar, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel near the lake provided a beautiful view and a peaceful walk. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Many amenities were not included in the room rate and had an extra cost, such as using the sauna or pool. The in-house dining was expensive, and it was not easy to find alternative options because of the remote location of the hotel.

Convenient Location and Comfortable Rooms
Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel that was in a great location, right in the middle of the city and not too far from the sightseeing spots. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and the beds were fantastic. The key amenities in the hotel were all available and staff members were very helpful. Breakfast was diverse, with a good selection of food and it was definitely worth waking up for.
The hotel was quite busy with many families and conventions, which sometimes made things a bit hectic. Unfortunately, the pool experience was a major letdown.

This hotel is a great place for families with children. They offer kid-friendly menus at their restaurants, just like other luxury hotels such as Park Hyatt's, Shangri-las, and Fairmont Hotels. The hotel also has a variety of facilities for children to enjoy, like the walking track around the lake and the music and dance performances that take place during special events, as mentioned in one of the reviews. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with modern amenities. The bathroom is in good condition and the service from the staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, ensuring that everyone can find something they like.
The main historical sites and museums are not easily accessible from the hotel.

Great Christmas at a lakeside retreat. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds and good, varied breakfast. Convenient location within easy walking distance of restaurants and sights. The lake walk with its music performances and cherry trees was a real highlight.
Limited pool access and inflated pool prices left a bad taste in our mouth. The overall feeling of the hotel was somewhat outdated, and the restaurants were overpriced and difficult to access during peak periods.
